UnitySafe Warranty Policy


The following warranty terms apply to UnitySafe products and are made in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Coverage:
    • UnitySafe equipment is warranted against factory defects in workmanship and materials.
    • The warranty period is two years from the date of installation or first use by the original owner.
  • Limited Remedy:
    • Upon written notice, UnitySafe will repair or replace defective items at its sole discretion.
    • UnitySafe reserves the right to require the return of the defective item for inspection before determining the appropriate course of action.
    • Warranty coverage does not extend to equipment damage resulting from wear, abuse, damage in transit, failure to maintain the product, or other damage beyond UnitySafe’s control.
    • UnitySafe shall be the sole judge of product condition and warranty options.

    • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of UnitySafe products.

In no event will UnitySafe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, in any way related to the products, regardless of the legal theory asserted.
