Refund and Returns Policy
At UnitySafe, your safety is our top priority. Because of the critical nature of fall protection equipment, certain items cannot be returned once they have left our facility.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of our customers and to maintain compliance with OSHA and ANSI standards, all safety harnesses and lanyards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once these products are shipped, we cannot accept them back under any circumstances. This policy ensures that every customer receives new, unused, and fully certified gear.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming sizing prior to purchase. Please review our Sizing Chart carefully and contact us if you need assistance before placing an order. Because harnesses cannot be returned or exchanged, verifying the correct size in advance is required.
Other Returnable Products
Items that are not classified as safety harnesses or lanyards may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, provided they:

Are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging

Include all tags, labels, and documentation

Are accompanied by proof of purchase
All eligible returns are subject to inspection before approval. UnitySafe reserves the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at info@unitysafe.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
